This apartment complex is beautiful. Aesthetically pleasing and the staff is wonderful and so easy to talk to. I appreciated that they are so understanding and will help as much as possible. Love the views of the stadium from my apartment

Staff have all been extremely helpful and kind, especially on move in day. They were attentive to my needs, and quick with their response time. The neighborhood is also great, lots of different places to go out for dinner and brunch, or even just drinks.

The entire staff has been kind amd accommodating to all of my families' needs! They ensured a smooth move-in process when my movers arrived earlier than planned. They are consistent with greeting us and making sure we are enjoying our new home. Moving from another state can be tough, but this team made it seamless.

J Coopers Row is a beautiful brand new building with views into Nationals Park. Quick walk from the Metro and other Navy Yard sights! Price is on the higher side but it is worth the price for this luxurious living.

Very nice area. Love being near so many restaurants and cafes. Very convenient that the metro is right around the corner. Lucked out being next to the Nats stadium to watch free baseball games and live concerts!

It has only been a day here and I am so happy with my choice! I saw the building, my unit, and the staff for the first time on my move-in day and I instantly felt like I was home. Everyone was so welcoming, the building exceeded expectations, and the unit was just as shown in the virtual tour. Prior to move-in, from the start of searching for a new home to signing the lease, J. Coopers staff went out of their way to help make the process so smooth for it not to have been in-person. They were so patient and quickly responsive to all questions and requests, which made the decision on this apartment community and unit so much easier to choose.

The building managers are very helpful and the apartments are beautiful. Any issues we had were resolved quickly by staff and all questions were answered well. Very excited and happy to be living here

The leasing office and property manager are very responsive. The first couple of days we moved in and needed to put a work order in (the cold water was turned off on our washer) the next day maintenance was there to fix it. The recycled boxes tend to pile up over the weekend during move-ins but are promptly removed during the week. The freight elevator will be locked unless reserved. The neighbors are friendly!

Chante, Jamal, as well as the rest of the leasing and concierge staff went above and beyond to make my move-in as easy as possible! I could not have asked for a friendlier and more professional staff. The apartment has great amenities and brand new, high-quality appliances. The location itself is outstanding as you are in close proximity to the Navy Yard Metro station and have an amazing view of Nationals Park.

Since moving in, everyone has been super helpful and responsive. The community is clean and well-maintained. As it's a new building and we're the first residents of our unit, we've run into small kinks and when management is made aware, they're figured out quickly!

It has been a pretty easy transition so far. This is the first time I have ever lived in an apartment complex, so I am still trying to adjust some; have always owned or rented a house. As the year comes closer to ending, will look at a few comparable locations and see if JCR is still the right choice. Bit concerned with all the police action in my immediate corner every night, but we shall see if it is really something I need to be concerned about as my stay continues.

The apartment location is great! There’s so much to do around the ballpark area (all walking distance away). The apartment itself is new and modern and the staff has been great! I look forward to the rooftop amenities to open shortly.

Only recently moved in, but have been highly impressed with my experience. On-site management and 24/7 front desk offer security and a local POC for any potential issues or inquiries. Very friendly staff who are prompt with communication.

so far, so good :) the leasing office is great and the building is aesthetically pleasing. close enough to the navy yard activities, but a lil tucked at the beginning of a more residential side.

New building (a plus), but top 3 floors are still under construction until August, so not all amenities are available just yet. Units are really nice. The building(especially lobby area) offers a warm ambiance. Great views from units on S. Capitol Street side. Leasing and concierge staff are professional and personable.
