Each month, we feature one of our community's most lovable pets, celebrating their personality, quirks, and favorite hangout spots around the neighborhood. Whether they love long walks along the river  or soaking up the sun in our private rooftop dog run, these pets bring joy to our residents and showcase what it means to be part of a truly pet-welcoming community.



Meet Our Pet of the Month!  Forrest was adopted during the pandemic just outside of Dallas, TX and has traveled the country with his family for multiple job relocations, which have landed him in the Nation's Capital. He loves long walks out along the riverfront and saying hi to residents in the lobby. Forrest cannot wait for the warm weather to return so he can enjoy fun in the sun and playing outside even more. Cheers to Forrest, our January 2026 Pet of the Month!
