- Bicycle storage is offered on-site.
- The community offers shopping utility carts that residents can check out for easy grocery shopping and running local errands.
- Once the community is initially leased up to 75% occupancy, loading activities during game days will be limited for the duration of time beginning one hour before the start of the game to one hour after the end of the game on weekdays.
